RETURN POLICY


RETURN POLICY:

Here at Byoutifulboss We take pride in all of our products and know that our Byoutifulboss gang will look fabulous in them. We also double check all items for any imperfections or damages prior to shipping. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the date the order was received at the customers expense. If the customer chooses to return items he or she must have the original receipt and packing slip included in the return package. If your return is approved you will receive an online credit.

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON DAMAGED ITEMS.

HOW TO RETURN:

-Our returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds.

-Merchandise must be returned within seven days of purchase,  in its original condition.

-Merchandise must be unworn ,unwashed smoke-free and tags attached.

-Customers MUST print fill out and include a return form in their package.

-Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

-Any items that are sent back to us and are not within our return policy standards, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Non-refundable items include jewelry, sunglasses and accessories,headwear,lipgloss , gift items such as hookahs and sell items are final sale in non-returnable.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We quality check all of our items before shipping them to you. However, we realize mistakes can sometimes be made. If you have received a damaged item, please allow us to correct it for you!

-Text must still be attached to the damage item, and we must be informed of the damage defect before the return is sent back.

-Damaged item reports must be made within three days of receiving the item. If it has been more than three days we are not able to replace the item for you.

If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue you a store credit via E gift card.
